Review

Sandman is basically a budget B-4:R B.E.T., he gives up some polish but keeps the health, which alone puts him ahead of most other legendary tanks. The tradeoff is damage, which is genuinely underwhelming, so he works best as a pure tank rather than someone you lean on for damage.
